Japan's uniquely courteous and meticulous hospitality service is highly regarded worldwide. To ensure our dispatch staff can become immediate assets, we conduct practical original training sessions before dispatch. These sessions are conducted by instructors from the Japan Business Ability Authorization Association (JBAA) and Setgu Educational Instructors, lasting a total of six hours. Not only is this usually expensive 'hospitality service training' provided for free, but you also receive a salary during the training, allowing you to earn money while you learn.

After dispatch, we offer the industry's highest standard of education, including quarterly level-specific training, monthly on-site guidance, and Japanese speech contests.

  • Work Visa Conversion Application Support

    If you secure a job with WBH, we will support your application to switch from a student visa to a work visa (※ "Technology, Humanities, International Services").
    Our residence management staff will provide one-stop application support, so there's no need to go to the Immigration Bureau. ※Once approval is granted, you will need to go to the counter in person to collect it. ※No fees will be charged for the visa conversion application (one year of continuous employment is required).

  • Provision of Employee Dormitory for Employees Unable to Secure Housing

    For employees who are unable to secure housing, we provide an employee dormitory located a 3-minute walk from Otorii Station on the Keikyu Line. Any WBH employee can move in.

  • Salary Increases & Bonuses for Dispatched Employees

    As a dispatched employee at WBH, your salary will increase every six months based on your personnel evaluation. If you switch to a permanent employment contract, you will receive a bonus.
    ※Salary Model (Location: Certain Airport): 1,600 yen/hour × 22 days/month × 8 hours/day = 281,600 yen/month (transportation expenses reimbursed) Average starting salary for university graduates (2022): 228,500 yen for both men and women [Source: 2022 Basic Survey on Wage Structure (New Graduates)] ※ All statutory social insurance and labor insurance are included, and income tax and resident tax collection are handled, with no impact on permanent residency applications.

What's the difference between sending members and regular members? What are the benefits?
The salary payment of dispatched members and the addition of social insurance are not carried out by the inauguring company, but by the dispatching company. Therefore, please confirm the term of employment, work content, etc. before taking office and take office on the basis of consensus. Therefore, you can choose a job that matches your skills and experience.
What is the salary compared with regular members?
You can clearly get overtime pay, and the hourly salary will also be high. The monthly salary will not change compared with regular members. Even with the decrease of members drinking and dinner, the actual income may increase.
Is there no problem with social welfare?
As soon as you hear about the dispatch, there are many people who will feel that social welfare is questionable. However, unlike regular members, dispatched members also have paid leave, and other social insurance remains unchanged, so please feel at ease even when you are sick or give birth.
Where is it better to contact when you feel difficult in employment?
When there is a dispute or difficulty at the job site, please contact the business responsibility or coordinator of the dispatching company whenever.
