The company name "WBH" is derived from "World Brothers Holdings". In other words, our company views the world as one big family, regardless of nationality, skin color, age, gender, or religion, and places utmost importance on familial love and bonds.

According to the national census of Reiwa 2 (Japanese era), the economic backbone, the working-age population (ages 15 to 64), is expected to decrease from 81.03 million in 2010 to 55.40 million by 2050. As of June 2016, for 3.58 million small and medium-sized enterprises, the working-age population was 75.09 million. There is an imbalance between the number of business owners and the workforce, leading to concerns that if this continues, a succession of businesses may collapse due to labor shortages.

Therefore, including myself, foreigners in Japan want to reconfirm our significance in Japan. The ideal we ultimately reached is "to contribute to Japan's labor shortage as foreigners residing in Japan."

However, in reality, many foreigners feel barriers in Japanese language, culture, habits, etc., and companies accepting foreigners also feel barriers in cross-cultural communication.

To bridge these gaps between ideals and reality, we established the staffing agency "WBH Co., Ltd." in 2019, with the corporate mission of "eliminating the gap between approximately 3 million foreigners in Japan and Japanese society through education."

As the decrease in Japan's working-age population becomes more serious, the demand for foreign workers will undoubtedly increase.
